Yashika is a practicing RCI-registered Rehabilitation counsellor, therapist, and developmental psychologist. She uses an eclectic approach in her therapeutic practice with a focus on client-centered practices. She is a gender-affirmative and trauma-informed practitioner. She is a multi-gold medalist with double master’s degrees in Psychology and Human Development and Childhood Studies. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in mental health and well-being from the University of Delhi. Her areas of expertise include emotional disturbances and disorders child development, adolescence, diversity, and disabilities.
